The packages have been set as 5 nights/4 days and can not be shortened. However you will be able to extend the number of nights/days through the Snow Machine team at a later date.

Yes, you can book for up to 7 of your friends online. You will need to make payment in one transaction and have your friends names and emails ready. If you have a group larger than 8 please send a request via the groups page.
To guarantee your booking in the same room, you will need to book your packages in the one transaction. If your friend decides to join at a later stage we will do our best to accommodate your request but we can not guarantee it.
Your confirmation will be sent as soon as you make the booking. The itinerary and additional extras will be sent in the following weeks. We will be dealing with a large volume of guests so we ask for your patience.

The first deposit is due on confirmation and will depend on the level of package you book, $200pp for value, $250pp for mid range and $300pp for deluxe. The second deposit of $300pp is due 31st March and final balance due 30th June.
The packages are not refundable for change of mind/injury or illness however if the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions we will offer a credit or refund. We recommend you take out travel insurance at the time of booking to cover you for injury/illness/death in the family scenarios.
Not unless you want to pay twice the price. We have allocated certain properties with single packages allowing you your own room and package for one.
Yes, if you can no longer attend you are welcome to transfer your package to someone else. Any deposits made will be transferred to the new person so you will have to sort finances yourselves. You will need to advise the Snow Machine team in writing and change the name on the ticket.
We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance, not only will it cover you for cancellations before you travel, it will cover you for accident and illness while in New Zealand. We will have more information on travel insurance in the coming weeks.
